Dear Southend-on-Sea City Council,

Please provide your completed Record of Processing Activities document as required under the General Data Protection Regulation.

I do not need the attached documents such as Data Protection Impact Assessments. I am interested in the main, completed spreadsheet or document (database etc) relating to all service areas and functions within the Council. This should include the function, legal basis, processing conditions etc.

If you feel the need to redact any security information around your systems that may compromise disclosure or personal data regarding asset owners etc, this is fine.
