Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 34090 'Record Management System (RMS)'.

You have asked me to reduce the request? Surely some of the information I requested falls within the limit?

I requested a single policy document as referenced on your Horizon network. This appears to be a single download?

Please review your response. As it appears that the Home Office are now using any method they feel to refuse valid FOI requests.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

They believe they have to conduct a manual search. This is most likely where the time will be accrued. If limited to an electronic search, the chances are that the time required will be substantially reduced.
