Following an audit of our records, it has come to our attention that you
may not have received a response to your request for information dated
24/07/2018.

We would like to apologise for the delay in contacting you and have
included our response below. Please note this response relates to data
that was held by the Council at the time of your request.

Request/Response:

Please supply a list of Tenants Associations of leaseholders which you
recognise under Section 29 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, with
details of any online presence and contact details you have for each.

The Housing and Regeneration Department have no recognised Tenant’s
Associations as defined within S29 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

We hope this response satisfies your request.
