Reciprocal backslapping - Twitter buddies

We're waiting for April May to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,

In light of Humberside Police's numerous and blatant cover-ups involving criminal allegations made against North East Lincolnshire Council (fraud, perverting the course of justice, perjury and misconduct in public office) is North East Lincolnshire Council's Chief Executive, Rob Walsh, provided any advice before posting publicly on social media.

For example, would he have anyone discouraging him from taking to Twitter and posting comments that would suggest a personal relationship exists between himself and the Chief Constable of Humberside Police, Lee Freeman, in order to avoid giving the public reason to believe that the force's objectivity is in question.

Yours faithfully,

April May

Dear Freedom Of Information (NELC),

Just because the request highlights the criminal activities of North East Lincolnshire Council that is no justification for taking the view that it is vexatious.

On another matter, it is a fact that Humberside Police has blatantly covered up numerous allegations made against North East Lincolnshire Council of fraud, perverting the course of justice, perjury and misconduct in public office. It is fiction that there is no substance behind these allegations.

You have no justification for refusing a request which asks whether the Council's Chief Executive is provided advice before posting publicly on social media.

Yours sincerely,

April May
