I am requesting information as per the following;

a) for the months

provide copies of all invoice's received by the NHSCT from the media?

The media being - All TV stations, newspapers, radio and internet providers

b) for the same time period how many outstanding responses are there from requests by the media for information?

I can advise that the Freedom of Information provides access to information as opposed to
copy documents. Can you please clarify what information you are seeking in relation to
Question 1. Is it the total amount of money that the Trust is invoiced by the media?

Yes and copies of invoices received.

With reference to Question 2 can you please clarify if it is requests under the Freedom of
Information Act that you are seeking.

Yes under the remits of freedom of information and I accpet that personal information may be redacted
