Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I'm sure you will agree the recent revelations made by the Daily Mail about aggressive TV Licensing practices is a massive public interest story. Indeed had it been exposed by BBC journalists it would have been talked about endlessly on the BBC News channel.
Therefore, as a member of the public, I would like some details of this public interest story.
To that end could you please provide me with a copy of ALL documents you hold relating to the investigation conducted by Capita on this matter. A simple statement made by the director general is insufficient to satisfy me that this was an isolated incident. I would like copies of letters, emails and any other documents you have relating to this matter.
Mr D Ward
