Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

1. Could you please provide the data for every Right to Buy valuation of
three bedroom flats in Tower Hamlets Borough from 1 Jan 2024 to Feb 2025?
Please can you also include the first part of the postcodes and for the
below request?
2. Please can you confirm in the last five years how many rights to buy
valuations resulted into the district valuer referral ?
3. Please also share whether the district valuer increased any of the
above referrals, and by how much?
4. Please also confirm if the district valuer reduced the price for any
referrals made? If so by how much?

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000  and we aim to send a response by 18 March 2025.
