Reasons for female consultants leaving Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust

The request was partially successful.

Dear Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust,

We believe from your previous response that 69% of all consultants leaving your trust are female and the reason for leaving was not because they retired.

1. Can you provide the reason why such a large percentage of female Consultants have left your trust?

2. What is the percentage of Caucasian and non-caucasian female Consultants who left your trust?

3. How many complaints of gender discrimination (formal and informal) from Consultants have you received over the last 5 years?
3a - What percentage were from female?
3b - What percentage were from male?

Yours faithfully,

Mrs W
