Thank you for your request for information about South Western Railway’s
performance statistics since it took over franchise from South West Trains
last August.

 

We are handling your request under the terms of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 (the Act).  Under the terms of the Act you are entitled to a
response within 20 working days of receipt. We aim to provide a response
no later than 14th August. If we cannot meet this deadline we will let you
know the reason and also tell you when you can expect a response.

relation to South Western Railway's performance since 20/8/17.

 

We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FoIA 2000).

 

We do not hold the information down to the level you requested. The lowest
level we hold is disaggregated information on train punctuality and
reliability for South Western Railway, which is published on our data

dataset.

 

On 5th July we also published our conclusions on Network Rail’s
contribution to the poor performance suffered by passengers on South
Western Railway (SWR) and called on Network Rail to improve its planning,
