Reasonable Adjustment Requests

Waiting for an internal review by Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council,

How many requests for 'reasonable adjustments' did the Council receive from staff during 2018, and how many of these requests resulted in adjustments being made? I would like this information presented on a department by department basis and by worker type: permanent, temporary, and agency staff etc.

Given that the Council has a duty to capture and assess such requests to ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 this information should be readily available for all departments and worker types. I note that a similar request from January 2019 entitled 'Reasonable Adjustments' remains unanswered and I do not expect to encounter similar delays.

Yours faithfully,

C Cartwright
