I would like to know the reason,under the freedom of information act why David Martin Burrows 160783, has not re-registered as a solicitor , and if there is a connection to my own case

Regulation Authority (SRA) requesting access to information. I am treating
your request for information under the Law Society Freedom of Information
Code of Practice ("the Code").
You have requested access to the following information:
'I would like to know the reason,under the freedom of information
act why David Martin Burrows 160783, has not re-registered as a
solicitor , and if there is a connection to my own case.'
The SRA is a part of the Law Society but acts independently in carrying
out its regulatory functions. The Law Society is not covered by the
Freedom of Information Act (the FOIA) as it is not a designated authority,
but has adopted its own voluntary Code of Practice which closely reflects
the FOIA. The Code may be found at:

below the response to your request for information under the Law Society
Freedom of Information Code of Practice ("the Code").
You have requested access to the following information:
'I would like to know the reason,under the freedom of information
act why David Martin Burrows 160783, has not re-registered as a
solicitor , and if there is a connection to my own case.'
I am withholding this information under section 16 of the Code. This
section of the Code states that we must not release personal data about
someone else. This would be a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998.
I am sorry I am unable to assist you further on this occasion.
