Can you please advise:
The frequency (and dates, if known, since January) of cleansing for the entry at the rear of the even-numbered houses on Stonehouse Road, Wallasey Village CH44 2DJ.
How many complaints have been received regarding litter, dumping and cleansing at this location since May 2022.

Thank you for your recent enquiry in which you asked for “the frequency
(and dates, if known, since January) of cleansing for the entry at the
rear of the even-numbered houses on Stonehouse Road, Wallasey Village CH44
2DJ.
How many complaints have been received regarding litter, dumping and
cleansing at this location since May 2022.”
Please see below frequency dates for the alleyway cleanse since January
2023. Note that under the contract specification, this frequency is
allowed to go 5 days either side of these dates:
27 January, 24 February, 24 March, 21 April, 19 May, 16 June, 14 July & 11
August.
Cleansing has been completed to the schedule on the following dates:
30 January, 27 February, 27 March, 24 April, 22 May, 19 June, 17 July & 14
August.
In respect of complaints, we have received 1 complaint relating to bags at
the end of the alleyway collection point (odd number side) on 10 January
2023. This was responded to within the SLA.
