Dear Georgina,

Please could I reduce the scope and time period of the request as follows. I hope this is sufficiently focussed to reduce the time involved. I don't want to waste unnecessary time, but I would still like to include the wider scope covered by point 1 which you state will also cover other consortium members and suppliers as I think this will be important in giving an understanding of how the system is managed and developed. Please get in touch if you have any further advice about this.

Please could I request copies of the following:
1. Meeting minutes and documents relating to the current provision and future changes to the real time bus information in Cambridgeshire covering September 2015 and October 2015 inclusive.
2. Fault reports covering the period 21th September 2015 to 2nd October 2015 inclusive.
3. RIPI Operations Meeting minutes between Cambridgeshire County Council and Vix, covering July 2015 to February 2016 inclusive.

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Hollinghurst
