festival running boards as they are old and are not valid.
Our response is as follows:
The Reading Festival services run each year and as such the running board
documents you have requested are still regarded as commercially sensitive
information, as they potentially provide a competitor with an insight into
the way in which this service is operated by Reading Buses. On the basis
that you are looking for an example of our documentation I have, however,
attached details for a similar service that operated for a one-off event
in 2012 (the arrival of the Olympic Torch in Reading) which I hope will be
If you are dissatisfied with this response for any reason you have the

advise you of the outcome.
