Reading Borough Council (RBC) have recently informed the Special
Educational & Disability Tribunal that  they updated their  persistent
complainants policy in December 2022 and that it "....was written using
the guidance from the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO)"

Can you please explicitly  confirm what guidance the LGSCO provided to RBC
during this process and copies of all communications connected to the
development of their policy.

We aim to respond to all requests within 20 working days. You can
therefore expect our response to be issued on or before 08 November 2024.
