Dear The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman,

Reading Borough Council (RBC) have recently informed the Special Educational & Disability Tribunal that they updated their persistent complainants policy in December 2022 and that it "....was written using the guidance from the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO)"

Can you please explicitly confirm what guidance the LGSCO provided to RBC during this process and copies of all communications connected to the development of their policy.
