Kent County Council acknowledges your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. Assuming KCC holds this information, we

Information Act (FOIA) 2000, relating to Reablement Contracts. Please
accept my sincere apologies for the slight delay in responding to you; I
appreciate that the Council has not complied with statutory timescales on
this occasion.
Who the current provider(s) is? Enablement services for OPPD are provided
by Kent Enablement at Home, KCC’s in house provider
When does it expire? N/A
When do you plan to go out to tender? There is no tender/contract process.
What is the current annual value of the contract? N/A as there is no
external contract.
If you are unhappy with this response, and believe KCC has not complied
with legislation, please ask for a review by following our complaints
