RE:- Watson V Winch [1916] 1 KB 688 and Court Fees for laying Information Private Prosecution before all courts and Section 2 Protection from Harassment Act 1997 Decisions.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee of London, do hereby make a request that:-

1) You do have the decision of Watson Versus Winch [1916] I KB 688. This decision has not been taken into consideration by the Criminal Procedure Rules and Civil Procedure Rules. When will the Criminal Procedure Rule Committee and the Legal Advisers in the Criminal Courts take this into consideration.

2) I believe that there are no Court Fees to be paid when laying Private Criminal Prosecution before the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.

3) You do have the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 where some of the words under Section 2 of the Administration of Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1933 and under Section 84 of the SCA 1981 have been repealed.

4) Can you provide the decisions made under Section 2 of the Protection of Harassment Act 1997 before the Magistrates Courts and Crown Court and Appeals decision under this Act.

Yours faithfully,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
