Dear UK Research and Innovation,

With reference to this request for Information:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

I see that there are two replies. One with the names of UKRI senior managers and one without.

I am very worried about the release of the names of the interviewers under 'How many interviews were held? ' With the exception of the Chief Technology Officer, I do not believe that the names of the UKRI staff who carried out the interviews should have been released into the public domain.

I have now reported this to the Information Commissioner as I believe that this is a serious breach of personal information .

My FOI request to UKRI is to ask: -
1. why these names were released
2 whether the staff involved were asked for their permission to release their names
3. whether these staff gave their permission to release their names
4. and to ask whether UKRI has already reported this data breach to the Information Commissioner's Office?

Yours faithfully,

Paul Smith
