Dear Family Procedure Rule Committee,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee do hereby make a complaint and request that:-

1. You should confirm that you do have the Family Law Act 1986 Commencement Order since I believe that the Family Law Act 1986 had come into force on the 4th April 1988.

2. What are the reasons why some of the Court Officers and Judges doesn't take into account of the Interpretation Act 1978
As Judicial Notice have to be taken on the Parliament Acts and Statutory Instruments.

3. You do have a copy of Schedule 7 of the Senior Courts Act 1981, where many Statutory Acts have been repealed, whilst I had appeared before a High Court Judge in the year 1989, Where I had made submission that the Supreme Court of Jurisdiction and Consolidation Act 1925 the whole Act was repealed.

4. The Case of Bhamjee Versus David Forsdick and Others in the High Court of Justice Chancery Division and in the Court of Appeal was about Land at 86-88 Upton Lane,
Does the Family Procedure Rule Committee have the Power to revoke the Town and Country Planning {use Classes) Order 1987 No 764 (As amended) Statutory Instrument 1995 No 297
Class B1, and Class B2

You do have The decision of Dunoon Developments Ltd Versus Secretary of State and Poole District Council in the Court of Appeal

5. You do have the Foreign Limitation Periods Act 1984 Section 1 (1) (a) and 6 (2) (B)-
Can you provide the Rules under the Family Procedure Rules and the Old Rules.

6. What is the time Limit to challenge the Deputy High Court Judge Order made on the 12th July 1988 where Leave to File a Petition for Foreign Decree (Talaq) had been given in the presence of the Welfare Officer Report.

7. You do have the Evidence (Proceedings in Other Jurisdiction) Act 1975

8. Wasted Costs Order made against Solicitors and Barrister in the Family Division Court during the past 30 Years.

9. Negligence Proceedings- Tort- Discrimination are they commenced in the Family Division Court or are commenced at different Division of the High Court or County Court.

10. The Court of Appeal in the Case of Bhamjee Versus David Forsdick and Others, they didn't check the Order made on the 12th July 1988 before Her Hon Miss C. A. Calvert QC

11. You do have a copy of Section 27 (7) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 which was in force between the 1st January 1991 and 31st December 2009

12. You do have the Attorney General versus Jones Court of Appeal [1990] 1 WLR 859-863 C and D
it does not, however to proceedings originated in the Court of Appeal, for example, a renewed application for leave to apply for Judicial Review, or on Appeal from decisions of bodies which are not Courts

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee request your attention and consideration that, By Law, you were required to respond to the request within the time limit, when you fail to respond within the time period, than this will also encourage other persons to act unlawfully as there has been a breach of Article 9 and 14 of the Convention Treaties.

There is a Judgment given before Mr Justice Warby on Monday 7th December 2015 in the Administrative Court claim number CO/2167/2015.
