RE:- Stone's and Justice Manual Volume 3 of 2006 Right of Audience Section 27 (7) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990

We, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee and Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee do hereby request that:-
1) You do have the Butterworths Stone's Justice Manual Volume 2 of 2006 which does mention of Section 27 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 at 8-29560 from Pages 9891 and 9892. Section 27 (7) Where, immediately before the commencement of this section, no restriction was placed on the persons entitiled to exercise any right of audience in relation to any particular proceedings, nothing in this section shall be takent to place any such restrictions on any person.
2. Do you have the decision given on the 4th September 1998 in the High Court of Justice Administrative Court before the Deputy High Court Judge Mr Robin Purchas Q. C. sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in the case of I'm your Man Limited Versus Secretary of State for the Environment.
(1) By Section 60 (1) of the TCPA 1990 Planning Permission granted by a development Order may be granted either unconditionally or subject to such conditions or limitations as may be specified in the Order . I would comment that the provision has remained the same form since The Town and Country Planning Act 1947 (See Section 13 (2) of the 1947 Act)
3. Does the Documentary Evidence Act 1868 applies to the Lord Chancellor SS Ministry of Justice and the Civil Procedure Rule Committee.
4. On the 25th October 2000 in the High Court of Justice Administrative Court, Was David Elvin QC sitting as a Judge of the Administrative Court or He was representing the Secretary of State for Environment Transport and the Region.
5. Do you have the Encyclopedia of Planning Law and Practice Volume 3 which has published the Human Rights Act 1998, as my copy is either outdated for the year 2001 which was published in April 2001.
6. Do you have the United Nations and Decolonization; Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples
Adopted by General Assembly resolution 1514 [XV] of 14th December 1960
Since Section 3 (7) (a) (b) (c) (8) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 applies.

Thank you for your email. The queries that I am able to respond to do not fall under the Freedom of Information Act. I have responded where I am able or provided information where appropriate.

I do not have a copy of Butterworths Stone's Justice Manual Volume 2 of 2006. Copies of such publications can be obtained from large libraries or the British Library.

The Documentary Evidence Act 1968 is still in force and as far as it is relevant it is applicable.
