Clarification of Information

Following receipt of your enquiry for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, we require further information in order to fully
process your request.

You requested the following:

1. Please kindly provide the Copy of the Court Order in the Above case no
B40CL369 AND the Amount of Costs paid to the Claimants Solicitors and The
Respondent Barrister.
2. How many decisions have been made under Section 189 [1] [c] during the
past five years.
3. ou do have the Private International Law Act 1995, and Does this Act
apply to the Local Authorities.
 

In relation to your first and second requests, the London Borough of
Hackney (“the Council”) requires further clarification in order to
determine whether it holds any information in the within the scope of your
request. For the first request, this is because the Council does not save
records of court orders by numbers or case reference, but instead by party
names. For the second request, this is because we do not have any
indication as to which legislation you are referring to. Once you have
clarified your request, we will consider it within the statutory timeframe
of 20 working days.

In relation to your third request, this is not strictly a request for
information or documentation that is held by the Council.

 

Please note that your request is on hold and that the 20 working days
starts on receipt of clarification of your initial enquiry. If we do not
hear from you  by 4 October 2019, we will determine that you no longer
require the information and close this on our system.

I, ISMAIL Abdulhai Bhamjee refer to your request that I should clarify my request whilst this is a delaying tactics from providing me the requested information as you have the name of the parties and the Counsel you had instructed the name does appear on the Transcript of the Judgment.

The Housing Act 1996 Section 189 [1] [c].

The Housing Act 1996 Section 189 [1] [C] Vulnerable Persons DURING the Last Five years since the Local Government Access to Information does also apply.

If and When a Person is before a Court of Law, than you are required to provide the Information which will assist the Court and also reduce the amount of Costs, but it is your policy to cause hardship by way of entrapment.

We have the right to make a Complaint to the European Courts of Justice in Strasbourg
and the Documents are needed in Support of our complaint as you are also obstructing justice.

The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 Section 71 (a) does preclude you from the exercise of jurisdiction of any court or of any tribunal which exercises the judicial power of the State.

You are also acting unlawfully and Discriminating a Disabled Person as there was an Order made against HACKNEY Borough Council, and it does include it's Servants and Agent's.
