Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Local Government Ombudsmen's handling of my FOI request 'RE:- Section 41, 42 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 & The Interpretation Act 1978 and Article 10, 14 of the Convention Treaties'.
We Believe that You do have the Human Rights Act 1998, whilst other Convention Treaties have been mentioned, whilst there is a Judgment given in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
http://www.bailii.org/eu/cases/ECHR/2016... judgment given on the 8th November 2016
Case of Magyar Helenski Bizottsag Versus Hungary
(Application Number 18030/11)
We believe that you are aware of Section 33 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 and Section 53 of the County Courts Act 1984, where Parliaments Acts are admissible Evidence without further proof,
When a Person does make a Complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman Commissioner's Office against a Local Authority for Mal-Administration, Direct or Indirect Discrimination as the Parliament Acts are admissible as Evidence without further proof.
There are Judgments given in the United Kingdom which does mention of the Convention Treaties,
We believe that You do have the Family Law Act 1986 Part 3 Declaration of Marital Status, which has the Provisions for the HM Attorney General under Section 59 (1) (2) of the Family Law Act 1986.
Since the Human Rights Act 1998, Section 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 (a) (b) 21 and 22 (4) does apply, Where you shall give consent that a Complaint can be made to the High Court of Justice, as this is to reduce the time, expenses and reduce burden on Persons who are on Low Income for the Purpose of the Administration of Justice and Rule of Law
The Constitutional Reform Governance Act 2010 and the Public Records Office Act 1958, whilst the Period of 30 Years has been reduced to a period of 20 Years, as other Parliaments Act should have been disclosed by the Sections which have been mentioned regardless of Section 21 of Freedom of Information Act 2000.
