We, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee and Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee do hereby request that:-

1. You should confirm that you do have copies of Section 1, 11, 15, 27 and Schedule 20 Repeals of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 and when this sections had come into force.

2. You do have Reasonable Access to the Judgment given in the Court of Appeal on the 3rd July 2002, under reference Neutral Citation Number: {2002] EWCA Civ 932 on the 3rd July 2002 Factortame and Others Versus Secretary of State for Transport.

3. You do have a copy of the Statutory Instrument 2002 No 3028, as other documents before 1988 are no Longer Exempt information after a period of 20 Years say before 1988.

4. Planning Documents are no Longer Private Documents, as there are Public Documents. You do have the decision of Dunoon Developments Ltd versus the Secretary of State and Poole District Council which was decided in the Court of Appeal in the Year 1992.

5. You do have a copy of the Transcript of the Judgment given on the 8th December 2003 in the High Court of Justice before Lord Justice Rose and than Mr Justice Rupert Jackson Attorney General versus Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee where I had been wrongly declared as a Vexatious Litigant under Section 42 of the SCA 1981. The Transcript of the Judgment does mention the decision of Dunoon Developments Ltd Versus the Secretary of State and Poole District Council.

6. You do have the decision of Lazarous Estates Ltd Versus Beasley PLC {1956] 1 QB 702 Fraud and Misrepresentation.
This has been published on the Oxford Administrative Law Ninth Edition by Sir William Wade and Christopher Forsyth which is dated 22nd June 2004 on Page 232 and 419.

This had been selected and purchased by Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee from the Bookshop in Holborn.

7. You do have the Judgment given in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
