RE:-Payments to the Barrister Hearing Dates 11, 12, 13th October 2017 Ibrahima Jollah and SS Home Department and Planning Permission by Parliament and not the Local Authority

The request was partially successful.

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear Government Legal Department,

We, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee and Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee of London do hereby request your attention and consideration that:-

1) There is a Judgment given in the High Court of Justice Before Mr Justice Lewis which has been reported as:
http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Admi...
The Queen on the Application of Ibrahim Jollah Claimant
and
Secretary of State for the Home Department (No 2) Defendant.

The Government Legal Department had instructed the named barristers on the Transcript of the Judgment.
Can you provide the details of the amount of money that had been paid to the named barristers, and also the Costs for the Barristers who had been instructed by the Bar Pro Bono Unit.

2) You do have the decision of Watson Versus Winch [1916] IKB688 as this has been quoted in one of the Cases in the House of Lords Judgment and also in the High Court of Justice Administrative Court.

3) You do have the Knowledge of Planning Permission granted by Parliament and not the Local Authority. Since the General Permitted Development Order 2015 No 596 can be seen on the Public Domain which does have a repeal Schedule where many other Development Orders have been repealed.
My Request is not Vexatious Request under Section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, since there is the New General Permitted Development Order which does repeal the 1995 No 418 Order, as you are turning the Clock backwards instead of moving the Clock in the Right Direction.

4. You do have Schedule 7 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 which does repeal many other Statutory Acts, as the Supreme Court of Jurisdiction and Consolidation Act 1925 had been repealed.

5. You do have the United Nations Declaration on Colonial Independence and Countries signed at the United Nations on the 14th December 1960.
As you are interfering with the Constitution of the Overseas Countries such as Republic of Zambia, Republic of Malawi and Republic of Zimbabwe.

6. What is the meaning of the Word "Except Traffic Contravention Debt" in English Language
and Section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport Act 2003.

Yours faithfully,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear FOI,

We, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee and Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee request your attention and consideration that another person apart from Paul Woods should deal with our request whilst our request does also falls under the Criminal Procedure and Investigation Act 1996 where we have the Legal Right to make an Application for a Disclosure Order before the Crown Court Judge since there is no Legal Privilege with the intention of furthering a Criminal Purpose.

The Data Protection Act 1998 does also apply as the Information which you have on your system is wrong information which does cause distress and Inconvenience to other "Associated Persons" "Interested Persons" under the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 who were not parties in the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.

When any Officer in the Government Legal Services Department previously the Treasury Solicitor, when they are acting on behalf of any Government Minister, they are not given delegated Powers to revoke, amend and vary any Statutory Instrument issued by any Minister of the Crown.

The Judgment given very recently in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom against the Commissioner for Metropolis does also apply under the Equality Act 2010 since Mr Paul Woods has been directly or indirectly discriminating us for a considerable number of years. Mr Justice Silber had given Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee to bring Legal Proceedings against the Treasury Solicitors and her Agents under Section 7 (3A) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. We are not restricted from taking any Criminal Proceedings where Section 2 of the Protection of Harassment Act 1997 and the Court of Appeal Civil Division Registry by virtue of Section 18 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 have no Jurisdiction Power with regards to Criminal Proceedings.

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
