Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council,

Does the council's legal department outsource any of its legal work to private sector Solicitors firms in England & Wales and if so please:

1. Specify all types of legal work being currently outsourced?

2. Specify the names of all private Solicitors firms to whom any type of legal work is being outsourced to by the council?

3. Specify the value of all legal work outsourcing contracts and their corresponding beneficiary firms and what type of legal work is being outsourced to each firm?

4. If the outsourcing of legal work is subject to tenders
submission, please specify when the council will next invite such tenders.
