Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) company name, addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are within your Council with rateable values between £4,000 to £10,000 who are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a);and

(c) the relevant billing authority reference number as referred to
in (a)

Dear J Bayley,

Thank you for your request for information regarding Business Rates which has been given reference FOI 6004. Please quote this on any correspondence regarding your request.

Stockport Council will respond to your request within 20 working days. If there will be a charge for disbursements e.g. photocopying in order to provide the information, we will inform you as soon as possible to see if you wish to proceed; however such charges are usually waived if they amount to less than £10.
