RE:- Government of Zambia Act No 8 of 2011 and Foreign Limitation Periods Act 1984 Section 1 and 6 (2) (B).
Dear The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman,
I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee do hereby request your attention and Consideration that:-
1) Do you have the Government of Zambia Act No 8 of 2011. This Act was amended on the 15th April 2011.
Any decision you had made in the Past against Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee does become spent and Illegal Order. Even the Papers you may have destroyed because of Space whilst the Government does provide your Office for Funding.
2) How are persons of Low Income be able to hold the documents for many years as such.
3) Do you have the Statutory Instrument 2008, Which made some amendments and Changes to the Extended Payment for One Month when a Person moves to another Borough Council.
My Complaint was against the London Borough of Newham Council. There is a Rule that the Court of Appeal can Re-open a Case which was decided where there is a Miscarriage of Justice.
4) The Human Rights Act 1998 Section 7 (5) (b) does apply for Extension of Time when the Time Limit has expired. There is a Supreme Court Judgment on this issue, as other Citizens are being denied Freedom and Justice.
5) Please provide the Local Housing Allowance for Outer North East London Area Only

Dear Mandy Cashmore,
I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee do hereby request your attention that By Law you were required to respond within the time Limit required by Law.
You have not responded where there is a breach of the Freedom of Information, and Section 29 (1) (2) (3) (4) (6) of the Local Government Act 1974. Since the Commissioner shall have the same power as the High Court in respect of the attendance and examination of witnesses and in respect of the Production of Documents.
There is no provisions under the Leap Frog System to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, when there is Misfeasance in Public Office in the Local Government Ombudsman Department, as the Ombudsman Name and title has been abused of Power by some of the Investigators.
How many Barristers does the Local Government Ombudsman Employ and the Barristers are not immune from Criminal Proceedings since there is a decision made in the House of Lords in the Saif Ali Case. It is a recorded Information and there is no valid reasons why a Litigant in Person can't rely on the House of Lords or the Supreme Court Judgment when making a complaint to your Office.
Today there will be a Judgment in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, and the Judgment shall be published which should be taken into consideration as well. Fresh Action against Judgment Orders obtained by Fraud.
Yours sincerely,
Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
