Dear Solly, Jonathan,

I, Ismail Bhamjee request your attention that by Law you should have responded within the reasonable period time allowed.

There are no Special Forms for Persons who are taking Private Criminal Prosecutions by Virtue of Section 6 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985.

Official Misconduct in Public Office at Common Law, since this Offence is serious Offence.

Harassment is also an Offence.

I thank you in advance and wait to hear from you

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
