Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear FOIA,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee refer to my request made to your office,
since there was a Duty Solicitor at the Court and she didn't give me her name and Address and The Company where She came From until after coming out from the judges Chambers.

When there is a Section 42 SCA 1981 Vexatious Litigants Order against a person, than the Order does state clearly what type of the Order is being Restricted.

Civil Proceedings Restraint Order

Criminal Proceedings Restraint Order

or an All Proceedings Restraint Orders.

2. This is assigned to the HM Attorney General and The HM Solicitor General.

The Parliament Acts have not mentioned that the Law Officer shall sign an Application on behalf of the HM Solicitor General or HM Solicitor General.

3. This reminds me of the 1987/1988 years,
The Family Law Act 1986 Part 1,
Part 2,

Part 3 and Repeal Schedule.

Section 2, 15 and 16 of the Domicile and Matrimonial Proceedings Act 1973 was repealed.

The Judges don't check what act has been repealed. and what is now in Force.
The Duty of the Parties is to assist the courts and Tribunal. It is not to mislead the Court and the Tribunals.

4. There was a House of Lords judgment the Kebiline Case Algeria.
This Case was different had been quoted in the Planning Law Case,
I had won on that Day When I had quoted Section 11 [a] [b] of the Human Rights Act 1998 against Mr David Elvin QC as he had stated that I could amend my pleadings on any grounds.

But I wasn't awarded the Costs for the Hearing Date on 25-10-2000.

The Judgment and Proceedings have not been put on the public domain.
I paid for the Evidence and Judgment.
If that could be published in the interest of the public.

People should not be taken to the Court by Surprise or less time
even 24 Hours Notice where I have Attended the Court.

I don't want that other persons should face the Same type of Rough Justice as what I have faced that other persons should face the same.

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
