Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear Foreign and Commonwealth Office,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee of Ilford, Essex IG5 0ST, do hereby make a complaint and request that:-

1. I have seen the transcript of the Judgment Tinnelly & Sons Ltd and Others and McElduff and Others Versus The United Kingdom Judgment given in Strasbourg on the 10th July 1988 which has been reported at Bailii Web Site http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/ECHR/1998...

The Names of the Representatives for the United Kingdom have been mentioned on the Transcript of the Judgment. Mr C. Whomersley, Mr R E Weatherup QC, Mr B. MCCloskey, Mr D. MCCARTNEY, Mr H Carter.

I would like to have copies of the submissions made by them on the 17th March 1998 to the European Court of Human Rights.

The Judgment was given on the 10th July 1998.

2. I would like you to provide me with the details of the amount that had been paid to them.

3. Paragraph 83 of the Judgment The Case of Matthews v Ministry of Defence

4. I request that when replying to this request, you should kindly send a copy to the Attorney General's Office that they do have the Knowledge, whilst the Transcript of the Judgment does mention Section 11 of the Limitation Act 1980 provides that any action for damages for personal injuries must be brought within a period of three years of the cause of action arising Whilst there is a Legal Right for any Person to bring a Private Law Claim on a Judicial Review Claim by Virtue of Section 31 (4) of the SCA 1981, the refusal to grant me the relief in other cases does amount to Fraud Upon the Court by the Law Officers in the HM Attorney General Chambers.

5. The Attorney General who does provide Legal Advice to the Government, and when He does abuse the Power in Public Office, than who is responsible person to take legal Proceedings against the HM Attorney General. If you can provide me with the name of the Responsible Person.

Yours faithfully,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
