I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee of London, England do hereby make a request that:-
1) There is a decision given in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom on the 8th February 2018 which has been published on the Supreme Court Web Site following a hearing heard on the 6th December 2017.
The Name of the Barristers have been mentioned on the Transcript of the Judgment.
Can you disclose the amount of Money which have been paid to the Barristers
A. Supreme Court of the United Kingdom
B. The Lower Courts.
C. Copy of the Supreme Court Order
Please kindly take into consideration that Section 62 and 78 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 does apply. If there are fees to be paid for the Court Order, than you can inform me.
2) You do have Section 11 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 and Statutory Instrument 1999 No 1125. Does this apply to Scotland, If this does not apply to Scotland, than Please kindly provide me with the Statutory Instrument which applies to Scotland.
3) You do have the decisions made in the Court of Appeal in the month of January 1994 where Section 51 (6) (7) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 Wasted Costs Order had been made against the Solicitor and Barrister.
If Section 51 of the SCA 1981 does not apply to Scotland, than please kindly provide a copy of the relevant Section which applies to Scotland.
4. You do have Section 3 (7) (8) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005. as the Treaties signed at the United Nations General Assembly can be relied upon before any Court or Tribunal.
