RE:- Costs Court of Appeal C1/2013/0768 And The High Court of Justice Administrative Court CO/5916/2013
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee and on Behalf of Mrs Sahera Ismail Bhamjee do hereby make a request that:-
1. There is a Judgment given in the Court of Appeal which has been reported on the Bailii Web Site where the Department for Work and Pensions had been represented by the Barrister Martin Chamberlain who had also appeared in the Lower Court.
http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/...
http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Admi...
Before Mr Justice Underhill
Please kindly inform me the Costs that had been paid to the Barrister Martin Chamberlain instructed by the DWP for the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Justice.
From the Transcript of the Judgment the Correct amount has not been mentioned whether under the Slip Rule, You could write to the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Justice Administrative Court that they could amend the transcript of the Judgment with the Correct amount for Four Bedroom House and Three Bedroom House as this is in the Public Interests.
I believe that there are other Statutory Instruments that had been issued after the Judgment had been given in the Court of Appeal which are now in force which does obviously has to be taken into consideration of New Scale.
I thank you in advance and wait to hear from you
Yours faithfully,
Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'RE:- Costs Court of Appeal C1/2013/0768 And The High Court of Justice Administrative Court CO/5916/2013'.
1) I request your attention that under Section 151 of the Senior Courts Act 1981, There is a Legal Right for any person to intervene in the Legal Proceedings, since we were not parties in the High Court of Justice and in the Court of Appeal, as the challenge was about Five Bedroom House which had been reduced to Four Bedroom House.
2) The Local Housing Allowance for Outer North East London Area: Since the Statutory Instrument 1997 No 1984 Schedule 3B.
3) There is a Legal Right to make a Claim under Section 7 (5) (a) (b) of the Human Rights Act 1998, whilst there are judgments given in the United Kingdom.
You do have the decision given in D V Commissioner for the Metropolis which was an Appeal against the Master decisions where the High Court Judge had allowed the Extension of time for a period of 4 Years.
4. In any Legal Proceedings the Primary Welfare of the Children have to be taken into consideration, whilst Section 187 of the Social Security Administration Act does also apply (As amended)
5. Please kindly provide me with the address for Service, since there is a Legal Right to make an Application to the High Court of Justice for a Disclosure Order, whilst a request can be made that the claim form should be heard before a Divisional Court by virtue of Section 66 of the Senior Courts Act 1981. Since the Local Authorities Officials are not Independent and Impartial Authority under Article 6 of the Convention Treaties where there is a decision made in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg of Tsfayo versus the United Kingdom.
6. There is a Legal Right to make an Application claim for Judicial Review in the High Court or the Upper Tribunal (By virtue of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015) Since for the purpose of reducing the time, costs and frustration you should confirm by letter that an Application can be made in the High Court or the Upper Tribunal against the Department for Work and Pensions and the Local Authority.
7) The Name of the Officer who has sent the response should be given.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
