Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'RE: Communications Act 2003 and Dixology Act 2017 & Section 204 Broadcasting Act 1990'.
I have requested the Information which isn't and Abuse of Process of the Court and The Information Commissioner isn't a Court of Law or a Tribunal.
You have breached the United Nations Treaties on Private International Law and also Discriminated the Persons who are Disabled Persons who are 65 years or Over by requesting them to pay the Fees, when there are not required to pay the Fees and this is day light Robbery and Offence under the Fraud Act 2006.
The Broadcasting Act 1990 doesn't apply to any Country outside the United Kingdom, as Once Independence had been given through an Order in Council can't be taken away through the Court System. There is a Legal Right to request for Information outside the FOI as Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.
I have cancelled the Direct Debit for the TV Licence and I tried to phone but I wasn't connected to the Right Person and You are at Liberty to Issue Legal Proceedings before a Court of Law for the TV Licence Fee.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Yours faithfully,
Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
