Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear Civil Procedure Rule Committee,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee request your attention and consideration that by Law you should normally have responded promptly within the required period of days, You are aware that Child Benefit is not to be treated as Income when a person is claiming Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction, whilst there has been a breach of Article 10 of the Convention Treaties.

You are aware where to start proceedings 7.15 where to start Proceedings County Court or High Court? The General rule is that the County Court has the same Jurisdiction as the High Court, whilst in any proceedings there is a duty for the welfare of the children, the refusal to provide the information does amount to silent fraud and indirect or direct discrimination against the minor children under the Equality Act 2010 and the United Nations Treaties.

You are aware of the European Communities Act 1972 Section 2 (1) where there are Judgments given before the Divisional Court and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom very recently, whilst I have been directly or discriminated by you for a considerable number of years, where you should provide the name of the Officer who will take complaints against you

Yours faithfully,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
