Dear Ormiston Academies Trust,

On the 12th August 2019 I submitted a FOI request for the minutes of all board meetings from January 2018 to the present (August 2019).

You responded on the 13th August with a list of attachments that appeared to satisfy the request however, the minutes for January 2019 and March 2019 appear to be exactly the same apart from the headings of the minutes that display 'Tuesday 29th January 2019' and 'Thursday 14th March' respectively. Please could you look into this?
