Dear Westminster City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'RE: 1) Costs paid to the Barristers in the Court of Appeal 2) Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. [2015] UKSC 22'.

Financial Information are no Longer Exempt Information under the Local Audit Acts and the banking Reform Regulations.

You are aware that there is a House of Lords decision made in 1978, that Barristers are no Longer Immune from Criminal Proceedings which does bind the Lower Court.

Section 241A of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (As inserted by the 2017 Act) does also apply

The Statutory Instrument 2016 No 1179 and 2017 No 1323 does also apply when you are paying less Housing Benefit to persons who are entitled to be paid more and causing them homeless which does amount to Misfeasance in Public Office

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
