Dear Severn Trent Plc,

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the environmental information regulations.
In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
Please provide by electronic means data you hold in respect of your permits
T/09/30212/O Smethwick Londonderry Lane (Cso)
T/08/35707/O Stanhope Road/Davison Road Junction (Cso).

For each please specify if you have installed event duration monitors and when these were installed. Please give information for all years for each permit for
(1)Total Duration (hours) of all spills prior to processing through 12-24 hour counting method
(2) Counted spills using 12- 24hr counting method
(3) % of reporting period EDM operational
(4)First Reporting Year

Please confirm if the information is by calendar year or financial year.

Dear Mr Carroll,

 

Thank you for your recent request for information.

 

Please find a table with the EDM spill summary information for the two
overflows in question and the two consent permits for these assets. Each
year is represented in a calendar format however the first year of data
will start from the 1st April not the 1st January to align with the
updated EA permit.  Each line covers a single storm overflow showing spill
frequency, duration of spill and percentage of reporting period the EDM
was operational for the year in question. Comments have been added to
highlight key information regarding the data supplied. In these cases no
comments were made.
