Dear Land and Property Services (Northern Ireland),

Please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. How many business rated properties are there in Portrush?

2. What percentage of business rated properties in Portrush paid a reduced rate of rates in the last financial year,l and the reasons for any such reductions?

3. What percentage of business rated properties paid NO rates in the last financial year, i.e. were exempted, and the reasons for any such exemptions?

4. Percentage of domestic properties in Portrush currently exempted from rates, and reasons for such exemptions.

Please not I am not asking for personal information of any kind, from which any person could be identified, rather figures, percentages and a breakdown of reasons for exemptions and reductions.
