1. Rates retention services i.e. to increase the rateable value baseline in line with the rates retention scheme imposed by the Localism Act 2013

2. Business rates appeal services for the authorities’ own properties

Please provide the date these contracts started and the length of them.

Stour Valley & Poole Partenership who deliver Revenues and Benefits
Services in partnership with the Borough of Poole have not entered into
any contracts for these services.

 

 

2. Business rates appeal services for the authorities’ own properties

 

The Borough of Poole currently employ the services of GVA Grimley to
undertake business rates appeals for the Borough of Poole's own properties
in regard of the 2010 rating list. This contract began in 2009 and will
run until all the 2010 appeals have been completed.

 

 

Please provide the date these contracts started and the length of them.
