I refer to your email request of 8th January 2014 for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please see the attached file.

Named individuals have been removed from the list. I can confirm that Runnymede Borough Council has that information but I am withholding these names as I consider that the exemption(s) under Section(s) 40 (2) of the FOI Act 2000 applies. Section 40 states personal data of any other person (third party data) is exempt under section 40 (2) if disclosure would breach one of the data protection principles.
