Please provide a list of all non domestic properties with a Rateable Value between £2500 and £49999 that are and are not in receipt of Retail Rate Relief and Small Business Rate Relief.

Can you i also have a list of properties with a rateable value between £2500 and £12000 that a currently in receipt of Small Business Rate Relief but not Retail Rate Relief.
