Dear Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service,

What procedures do you have in place to ensure you do not employ the kind of judges/sheriff's who would blame a woman for being raped/attacked/etc?

I'm thinking, Alison Stirling, justifying a 6 month prison sentence on someone on26th feb at least partly because she would not be open to why she got herself in that situation...

But some 6 days earlier, thought it was ok for known rapist John Leslie, not to appear due to "stress"

But obviously you can't comment in that...
