Please supply the following information with regards the
Independent Body that oversees the random allocation of places at your school:-

1) All school policies that relate to this body
2) Names and addresses of those currently on this body
3) Names and addresses of any previous people on this body
4) How the people on this body are recruited and how this has been done in the past if this has changed.
5) The training these people receive in relation to this role, the provider and frequency of this training and historical details relating to this if this has changed.
6) Term of office associated with this role
7) Details of expenses/payments received by members of this body
8) Where and when the random allocation takes place
9) How members of the public are informed about and facilitated to witness the process of random allocation
10) Annual expenditure by the school for the maintenance and
processes associated with the random allocation of places
