Dear Devon Partnership NHS Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Devon Partnership NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'RAMAS ( Risk Assessment, Management and Audit systems) & Supervision Registers'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Yours faithfully,
Mr Clark
Dear SAFER-INFORMATION (DEVON PARTNERSHIP NHS TRUST),
I would like to remind the Devon Partnership NHS Trust that the Community Treatment Order (CTO) superseded the 'Supervision Register'.
I would also like to remind the Devon Partnership NHS Trust that whilst the Devon Partnership NHS Trust has declared that psychopathy is not a clinical matter, the 2003 reality pertains exclusively to a clinical matter, and whilst the Devon Partnership NHS Trust wishes to obfuscate a great deal of serious concerns, the Devon Partnership NHS Trust did allow for the Hare PCL:SV to be applied in clinical settings, thus that matter is a matter that the Devon Partnership NHS Trust needs to address.
Furthermore, in view of the: Building Bridges A guide to arrangements for inter agency working for the care and protection of severely mentally ill people Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Department of Health 'Best Practice in Managing Risk' the Devon Partnership NHS Trust needs to be very clear upon its position as whilst the Devon Partnership NHS Trust has stated that the Hare PCL:SV was used in conjunction with valid cross cultural generalisability, as far as 2003, and no data exists to substantiate the Hare PCL:SV in the UK, and Devon Partnership NHS Trust needs to address this as, as it stands, the 2003 reality is both controversial and it would appear unlawful, and when this matter effects a parties Human Rights, then Devon Partnership NHS Trust needs to address the wrongs that are still 20 years later affecting the party who this reality was forced upon.
Furthermore, where was the consent sought for the January 2003 reality if the party assessed was never informed that the assessment would entail a Hare PCL:SV, and Devon Partnership NHS Trust has stated that it has to have consent, so how was consent sought in that instance?
Some simple facts for the Devon Partnership NHS Trust to think about seeing as the Devon Partnership NHS Trust is prepared to destroy lives.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Clark
Good morning
Thank you for your email requesting a review to which we acknowledge receipt.
It is unclear from your correspondence what aspect of the response you are requesting a review about? As the questions have been answered where information was held and highlighted where information is not held by the trust

Dear SAFER-INFORMATION (DEVON PARTNERSHIP NHS TRUST),
You have just cut and paste being difficult now, either you fulfill the internal review or like all other issues you get reported to the ICO for being belligerent and hostile. and should you continue then you will be served a letter before action for your discrimination and victimisation.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Clark
Good afternoon Kaleb
As per the other correspondence, an internal review was requested on a Freedom of Information act but no direction or instruction to the matter that you wanted to be reviewed in the trust response.
The wording was appropriate to use in both cases.
