Dear Home Office,

According to the 2012 Home Office report by Hannah Toms and Katherine Thorpe, Practical Measures for Reducing Irregular Migration (see report here http://bit.ly/2gSO8Oy), RALON, under the UK Border Agency had "established a police referral programme in over 30 countries" (p. 26). Can you please identify the total number police referral programmes RALON had in December 2015?
