Dear East Riding of Yorkshire Council,

Please treat this email as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide a copy of all communications sent and received between 1 January 2018 and 20 January 2019 including correspondence, emails and details of phone calls, in addition to details of any meetings held, and the minutes thereof, between East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Raithlin Energy (UK) Ltd and/or Union Jack Oil plc. I am requesting information specifically in relation to West Newton focussed protests, protestors and potential protest camps, along with the Information and Monitoring Camp now situated on the verge near the Raithlin Energy (UK) Ltd, West Newton A wellsite, Piper’s Lane, Marton, East Yorkshire, HU11 5DA and the proposed eviction of it, along with the notice served on 15th January 2019.
