Can you please provide the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act in relation to laws about Government buildings displaying political flags/posters etc. rather than in relation to planning laws:

1. Did Greater Manchester Police receive any legal advice about flying the "Rainbow Flag" (or other political flags/posters etc.) at Greater Manchester Police Stations? If so please provide a copy.

2. Which laws does Greater Manchester Police believe governs flying the "Rainbow Flag" (or other political flags/posters etc.) at Greater Manchester Police Stations?

3. Which other political groups, apart from LGBTP, does Greater Manchester Police fly a flag for?

4. Can you please provide the name of each Police Station that flew the "Rainbow Flag". Also please provide details of each date each Greater Manchester Police Station that flew a "Rainbow Flag" .

5. Please list all other political flags that have been flown at Greater Manchester Police Stations over the last six years.

6. Please list all senior Greater Manchester Police Officers involved in making the decision to fly the "Rainbow Flag" and provide minutes/emails etc. in relation to this decision.

Some of the questions listed below are duplicate to your previous request to which you have requested an internal review on, those questions will not be logged as new request. In respect of point 6, I appreciate you have added on minutes/emails, in the response letter to your previous request it was advised that there was no information is not held in regards to "please list all senior Greater Manchester Police Officers involved in making the decision to fly the Rainbow Flag" , therefore information will not be held in regards to minutes/emails.
