Dear Highland NHS Board,

Can the public authority please disclose the monthly incomes made from each room of Glen Court in the financial years 2009/2010 (some months have already been disclosed in a previous FoI request: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ra..., please ensure to provide the financial information in the same format that was adopted in the linked FoI request); 2010/2011 and 2011/2012?

The public authority says that residents sign a 6 month initial agreement, then on a rolling month to month basis thereafter. However, in a previous FoI request the public authority said that it has no records prior to 2007, but that there may well be some people who have been at the staff accommodation for more than ten years but this is not recorded information.

What kind of agreement there was between residents and the public authority before the public authority started taking records of who lives at the staff accommodation? Can the public authority please also provide a copy of the staff accommodation statement of purpose?

I am responding to your request for a review of the above Freedom of Information.

First of all apologies for not responding fully to your request. You already have some financial information which covers the first part of your request. Attached again for your reference

The second part relates to agreements prior to 2007 - prior to this time individual tenants would have had a letter from the public authority covering the basics of an agreement.

The third part relates to a statement of purpose - I would be grateful if you could clarify what you mean by a statement of purpose in relation to staff accommodation as this is not a term we are familiar with.

Once again apologies for not responding fully to your original request and not doing so within the prescribed timescales
