RAIB's discussions about Fatigue Management with First Group TOL and TfL (9 November 2016-19 May 2017)

The request was refused by Rail Accident Investigation Branch.

Dear Rail Accident Investigation Branch,

On 18 May 2017, Transport for London informed RAIB of an incident in which a Croydon Tram Driver was filmed asleep at the controls of a Croydon Tram (cf. https://www.london.gov.uk/questions/2018...) .  Since neither of the two interim RAIB  reports on the Sandilands crash (November 2016 and February 2017) mention fatigue management, for the period 9 November 2016 to 19 May 2017, please provide me with copies of any correspondence or notes of any discussions between RAIB and First Group TOL and/or TfL which mention or discuss First Group TOL's management of fatigue.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Kearney
