RAIB Recommendations

The request was refused by Office of Rail and Road.

Dear Office of Rail and Road,

In December 2017 the Rail Accident Investigation Branch published a report into the fatal Croydon Tram Crash, that took place at Sandilands in November 2016.

The report included 15 recommendations intended to improve safety (listed from paragraph 491 here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk... )

Can you let me know, for each recommendation, what progress has, or has not, been made?

Yours faithfully,

Rachael Venables
